Donna Malik has spent her career creating healthcare communications that help people understand complex medical information more clearly. Her work is grounded in health literacy and patient-centered design, translating complex scientific and medical concepts into communications that are accessible, engaging, and meaningful for both patients and healthcare professionals.
With deep experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare communications, Donna has worked across a wide range of disciplines including patient education, disease awareness, medical education, and professional marketing. Her work spans print, presentations, digital media, and multimedia communications, always balancing strong visual design with strategic brand objectives.
Throughout her career, Donna has partnered closely with healthcare communications agencies as well as direct clients, providing creative leadership and experienced design support on a wide range of healthcare brands and programs. Her approach combines thoughtful strategy with practical execution — producing work that not only captures attention, but helps people understand and use important health information.
Julie DeFeo
Copy Supervisor
Julie combines a strong scientific background with a talent for translating complex healthcare information into clear, engaging communication. She develops materials for both patient and healthcare professional audiences, helping ensure complex medical and scientific information is presented accurately and in ways that resonate with the intended audience.
With more than 15 years of experience supporting pharmaceutical companies and healthcare marketing organizations, Julie has developed a wide range of scientific and educational materials across patient education, disease awareness, and healthcare professional communications. Her background in biology provides a strong foundation for interpreting complex medical information and shaping it into focused, audience-appropriate content.
Julie is particularly skilled at organizing technical information into clear narratives that support both educational and marketing objectives. Whether developing detailed scientific content or simplifying complex ideas for patient audiences, she brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to every project.
In addition to writing, Julie plays an important role in managing projects and supporting clients throughout the development process. Her expertise includes research, concept development, medical writing, AMA-style editing, fact-checking, and applying health literacy principles to ensure communications are clear, accurate, and effective.
Sue Lindley-Howard

Simply stated, Sue is focused, deadline-driven, and budget conscious.
Sue has unfailing organizational talents. She’s honed those skills as Studio Manager at some of New Jersey’s top healthcare and consumer advertising agencies where she managed art, production, and editorial support departments. She has a BFA in Communication Design and an AS in Interior Design, specializing in medical education and pharmaceutical advertising for more than 20 years.
The only skills that trump organization are Sue’s capacity for efficiency and her zeal for working cost-effectively. Pair that with her keen attention to detail and you’ve got a winning combination leading her charge to deliver the highest quality product. Sue’s aim is to always to exceed client expectations.
